Beginner's Yoga

You will learn to use your breath to guide you in movement and postures. This class will be very beginner friendly. It will include standing poses, seated poses, beginning backbends, and relaxation pose (including a short guided meditation). This class is great for anyone new to yoga, not sure about yoga, pregnant, anyone that is not your typical picture of a yogi (person who does yoga) and even seasoned yoginis and yogis.
