Really really hot. And drinking water is important .

Water regulates your body temperature and lubricates your joints. It helps transport nutrients to give you energy and keep you healthy. If you're not hydrated, your body can't perform at its highest level. You may feel tired, have muscle cramps, dizziness, or other serious symptoms. - Familydoctor.org


If you have visited one of my classes then you have most certainly heard me say “Don’t forget to drink your water today.” So I thought this was the perfect place to start our small challenges to change in big ways.

It’s simple; all you need to do is drink 8 cups (8 oz) of water in 24 hours. I’ve made a PDF you can download and print (or stop by the studio to pick up a copy) for your fridge. Mark off or color in a cup once you’ve had 8oz. Easy. And yet, life changing.
