All of our classes are beginner friendly.
You will learn to use your breath to guide you in movement and postures. This class will be very beginner friendly. It will include standing poses, seated poses, beginning backbends, and relaxation pose (including a short guided meditation). This class is great for anyone new to yoga, not sure about yoga, pregnant, anyone that is not your typical picture of a yogi (person who does yoga).
Morning Yoga Flow
Start your day the healthy way with a morning yoga flow. An open-level class where energizing postures that develop strength and flexibility are combined with coordinated breath and movement to release tensions held in the body. Modifications are given so that every pose is accessible to students of varying levels.
Partner with your toddler in simple animated poses, games, art, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in butterfly, while we take a yoga journey that your child will never forget! This fun class provides key bonding methods between parent and child, while strengthening their growing muscles. Caregivers welcome. Class is 45 minutes.
Adult purchase will give entrance to one child. Extra adult or child passes may be purchased as an add on for 1/2 price.
Come UNWIND, restore and renew your body mind spirit. With the focus being meditative, breath work, longer held asanas with the focus on experiencing the pose as opposed to doing the pose, ending with a longer and guided final relaxation.

Turn off the lights and turn up the music...this is a Yoga Party. Wear white or neon and paint yourself with glow in the dark paint. You will be luminous! in our studio with the black lights on.
